Reclaimed Pathways Coaching & Wellness Inc. provides trauma-informed coaching and wellness support. These services are intended for personal growth, guidance, and support.

Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care.

2. No Medical or Crisis Services

This service does not provide medical, psychological, or emergency support.

If you are in crisis or in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider.

 

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching is a collaborative process, and results may vary based on individual participation and commitment.

 

4. Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

 

5. Payments and Refunds

All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply (see below).

 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Reclaimed Pathways Coaching & Wellness Inc. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this website or coaching services.
