Refund Policy outlining our company's commitment to our clients.

At Reclaimed Pathways Coaching & Wellness Inc., we are committed to providing a supportive and respectful experience for every client. Due to the nature of coaching services, the following refund policy applies:

​

1. No Refunds for Completed Sessions

All coaching sessions are non-refundable once they have been completed.

​

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.

3. Prepaid Sessions and Packages

If sessions are purchased in advance:

  • Unused sessions may be rescheduled with proper notice

  • Refunds for unused sessions are not guaranteed and may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at our discretion.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply.

​

6. Service Commitment

Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on individual participation. As such, refunds are not provided based on outcomes.
